Lashkitti Conditions of Participation Instagram Sweepstakes

Conditions of participation competition on Instagram.

The organizer and person responsible for conducting the competition is Spa Society GmbH, Ostwall 29, 44135 Dortmund.

The competition is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should not be directed to Instagram, but to Spa Society GmbH.

The Instagram competition consisting of: 2x 2 pairs of eyelashes from the Sweet Kitti 1 collection worth €27.92 each

depends on the following conditions:

1. Participation
The closing date for entries is July 11, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.

Participation is by:

1. Following the Lashkitti Instagram account
2. Like the contest entry
3. Tagging a friend under the contest entry

2. Eligibility
Persons who have their permanent place of residence in Germany or Austria and are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of the Spa Society Group as well as relatives and employees of the manufacturer of the prizes are excluded from participation.

3. Third Party Rights
The participants ensure that they have the necessary rights of use for the photos to participate in the competition and that the photos do not violate legal regulations, morality (ie in particular are not threatening, insulting, racist, defamatory, offensive, obscene) and/or infringe the rights of third parties. Only the customer's eyes may be seen in the photos and videos. If the participant is not the photographer of the photo/video, participation is only permitted if the other people involved in creating the photo/video agree to the photo/video taking part in the competition and the associated publication.

4. Distribution of Profits
The winners will be selected by a jury from among all participants who meet the conditions.

The prizes will be sent to the address sent to us by the winner.

Prizes are non-transferrable and will not be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified on July 12, 2021 . In order to accept the prize, the winner must confirm the prize by July 18th, 2021 . If the winner does not do this, the claim to the return of the prize is no longer valid. A substitute winner will not be determined. The winner is responsible for the correctness of their contact details. There is no guarantee of successful delivery. Subsequent shipping in the event of non-delivery is not planned.

6. Grant of Rights
The participants grant the company Spa Society GmbH a simple, temporally and spatially unlimited, but non-exclusive right to use the posted image and/or video

- the image and/or video on the @lashkitti Instagram page as a regram, ie. Post with attribution to the author and their Instagram channel in order to announce the winner of the competition; - display the image and/or video on the lashkitti.de website operated by Spa Society GmbH for the competition and the winner of the competition and to make product suggestions to the customers of Spa Society GmbH that are related to the winning image/video.

The participants agree that the Instagram name of the participants may also be mentioned within the scope described above.

7. Disqualification of Participants
Posts that violate Instagram guidelines, German law and/or copyright will not be considered in the competition. The participant is thus excluded from the prize. Discriminatory and insulting comments of all kinds are also excluded from participation in the competition. The organizer reserves the right to withdraw participants who use multiple e-mail addresses, Instagram accounts or similar to increase the chances of winning, technically manipulate the competition or the course of the game or otherwise violate these conditions of participation, at any time and without prior notice excluded from the competition. In the event of an exclusion, prizes and benefits can also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. The participation of sweepstakes agencies and other automatically generated mass mailings is expressly excluded and will not be taken into account when determining the winner.

8. Sweepstakes Disruption and Suspension
The Spa Society GmbH cannot be held responsible for any technical faults, in particular failures of the telephone network, the network, the electronics or the computer. The Spa Society GmbH reserves the right to suspend the competition completely or temporarily if any difficulties arise that endanger the integrity of the competition. The participant accepts necessary changes to the competition that are caused by other factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the implementation of the competition.

9. Privacy Policy
All Instagram names of the winners are recorded and saved, including the address data sent, for the transfer of the prize. The posts on @lashkitti remain and are still publicly visible. Address data will only be collected from the winners and only used to send the prize, this data will not be shared with third parties. After the end of the competition, your data stored by us will be stored for 3 years from the end of the calendar year. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para.1 b) GDPR in connection with the contract. You have the right to free information about the data we have stored about you. If the legal requirements are met, you may also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. You also have the right to receive from us the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format; You can then transmit this data or have it transmitted to other bodies. You also have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority for data protection. 8. Final Provisions
The competition is subject to German law. The legal process is excluded.
